PAINESVILLE, Ohio- Painesville police are investigating a report of a puppy being thrown out of a sixth floor apartment window this morning. Shortly after 8 a.m. Tuesday, police were called to the Washington Square Apartments on Washington St. for a deceased animal complaint.
